Job Description:
1. Training Development:
Design, develop, and update technical training materials, including manuals, handouts, and e-learning modules. Ensure training content is current, accurate, and aligned with company goals and industry standards.
2. Training Delivery:
Conduct classroom and online training sessions for employees on various technical topics. Use interactive and engaging training methods to enhance learning and retention. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
3. Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and skill gaps. Conduct surveys, interviews, and assessments to gather data on training requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Incorporate new tools and methodologies into training programs to improve effectiveness.
5. Reporting:
Track and report on training attendance, participation, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to management on the progress and effectiveness of training programs.
6. Support and Mentorship:
