Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Title of the Project: Enhancement of Livelihood for Scheduled Caste Households Through an ICT Enabled Integrated Rural Nutrition Centre In Madukkarai Block of Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications: The candidate should have a Master’s degree with (with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade) SLET/NET qualification (preferable), in Food Science and Nutrition/ Food Science and Technology (equivalent) /B.Tech/ MSW/MA Rural Development from a UGC recognized University.
Desirable Skills & Capacity: Candidates are required to have knowledge about Community Nutrition/Food Processing/ Social Work. Candidates preferably with Computer software development, Computer programming/ Application Development/ Field Work and Food Processing experience are encouraged. Computer skills and Language skill (English & Tamil) is an added advantage.
Project Duration: 03Years (2020-2023); One year is already over. Recruitment is for the second and third year. Initial appointment for first year and extendable up to maximum of total two years based on performance and other conditions.
Responsibilities: Field & Community work, Training, Technology intervention (Computer Science & Food Processing Technology) in field trials.
Job Location: Coimbatore
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- + 16% HRA per month for the first two years and; Rs. 35,000/- + 16% HRA per month for the third year.
