- Plan the activity properly.
- Provide proper instruction.
- Provide a safe physical environment.
- Provide adequate and proper equipment.
- Match your athletes according to size, physical maturity, skill level and experience.
- Evaluate athletes for injury and incapacity.
- Supervise the activity closely.
