Qualifications:
- Post Doctoral Fellow – PhD in Bioinformatics with minimum 1 year experience in analysing shotgun/16s rRNA Microbiome sequencing data as well as other types of Omics data. Experience working in large multi-centric studies and managing overall project includes but is not limited to
1) familiarity with functional genomic and/or metagenomic data
2) Proficiency in one or more scripting languages appropriate for scalable data analysis 3) ability to communicate scientific material
4) interact with wet lab scientists including microbiologists, immunologists and biochemists as well as with clinicians.
5) Proven record of scientific advances leading to high impact factor publications.
Desirable qualification: PhD in Bioinformatics experience with good knowledge of cloud computing, server management and human genetics-microbiome research - Social Worker – Essential Qualification: – MSW Degree and with a good experience in public health related projects in the rural and urban areas or hospital-based research
projects. Good experience in Socio economic and demographic studies around the Odisha.
Desirable qualification: Interact with ASHA workers and PHC in rural areas. Handling large communitybased survey. Communicate with adolescent girls, pregnancy women and young mother for the purpose of intervention studies. - Field Worker- Essential Qualification: – Any Graduates, be able to read, write basic English. Must Communicate with Odiya and Hindi. Minimum 1 Year experience in both
hospital and community study field work and biological sample collection.
Desirable qualification: Direct Interaction with rural and urban population, Sample collection at doorsteps, immediate sample transportation from community, sample
labelling, storage, aliquoting and reporting to PI.

Pay Scale:
- Post Doctoral Fellow- Rs. 60,000/-
- Social Worker – Rs. 18,000
- Field Worker- Rs. 15,000
