The society was the result of initiatives taken by Late Shri Chandra Sen Agarwal, a great educationist, who had spent all his life towards the cause of education. The last assignment held by him was as Secretary of “UP Board of High School and Intermediate”. Like minded philanthropists of this region joined hands with him and took upon social causes, and established vocational schools to train the technical man power.
