The Society is headed by Justice Sri P. Chenna Kesava Reddi, Former Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh and North Eastern States as Chairman and Sri P.Raghunatha Reddi, Advocate, as Secretary and other members. The Society sought permission to start a Law College in the year 1985 as there was no Law College in three districts of Cuddapah, Kurnool, and Chittoor in the S.V University area.
