Organization Profile: Siddharth Law College, Gandhinagar is established by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Education Society, in the capital city of Gujarat state in 1990, during the time of birth centenary year which was celebrated as “SOCIAL JUSTICE YEAR” (1990-1992) by the Government of India, for bringing socio-legal awareness particularly in the capital city of Gujarat and society in general. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Education Society felt the need for starting new Law Colleges in the rural and backward areas of Gujarat in the year 1984 as to bring Equality, Fraternity, Brotherhood and to provide Justice in the society and as a result the society had established Two Law Colleges, in Gandhinagar and Kamrej (Surat).

Educational Qualification:
- As per UGC regulation 30/06/2010 and 18/07/2018 the Candidate must possess a minimum of 55% marks at postgraduate level and a Ph.D. degree in the concerned allied relevant discipline (s) from recognized University with evidence of published work and research guidance.
- Associate Professor/ Professor with a total experience of 15 years of teaching/ research/ administration in universities, colleges, and other institutions of Higher Education.
- A minimum of 10 research publication in peer-reviewed of UGC listed journals.
- A minimum 110 research score as per appendix II. Tabel-2 and shall be minimum of 3 categories out of 6 categories.
- Presently serving candidates shall have to attach NOC of the employer. Pay Scale & Service Conditions as per UGC/ VNSGU/ Dr. B.R Ambedkar Education Society Rules in force from time to time.
