Job Title/Designation: Manager- Study Abroad Program
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international education or program management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of best practices in international education
Proficiency in a second language preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of the Study Abroad Program, including curriculum design, course selection, and program structure.
Program Delivery: Plan and deliver a range of Global Program in accordance with well-defined processes and contribute to a more complex project to ensure the successful deliveries of program.
Student Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality students to the program, including marketing campaigns and Presentation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to ensure the success of the program.
Program Administration: Manage all administrative aspects of the program, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students throughout their participation in the program, including academic advising, cultural orientation, Travel and crisis management.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the program meets the highest standards of academic excellence and student satisfaction through regular assessment and evaluation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing international education programs.
