Organization Profile: Cotton University is a public state university located in Guwahati, Assam, India. It was established under The Cotton University Act, 2017 of the Assam Legislative Assembly to merge the Cotton College State University and Cotton College.

Qualification: 

• Good academic records with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at Masters Degree Level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.

  There is no age bar for Guest Faculty. Retired teachers’ having good track record may be preferred.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication
• Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
• The candidate should have good research record

Job Location: Guwahati, Assam

Pay scale: As per University norms

Period of appointment: Initially for one Semester (w.e.f August 2024 to December 2024)
