About College: At present, the institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) programme in the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. This programme is spread over a period of eight semesters. The institute also offers M.Tech programme in several disciplines including Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The institute also offers M.Sc programme in the following disciplines: Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Additionally the institute also offers M.S(R) programmes in Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical Engineering.

Management (Preferred Specialisations: Strategy and Leadership, Organisation Behaviour / Human Resource Management, Marketing / Consumer Behaviour, Operations Management & Decision Sciences, Information Systems, Finance & Accounting, Public Policy and Sustainability (Candidates with Interdisciplinary specializations aligning with sustainability management, business ethics, and behavioral sciences will be preferred).
6. Philosophy (Preferred Specialisations: Ethics, Logic, Epistemology, Indian Philosophy)
7. Psychology (Preferred Specialisations: Any area in Psychology)
8. Sociology (Preferred Specialisations: Any area in Sociology)

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D. and minimum of 3/6/10 years of post Ph.D. teaching / research / industrial experience in relevant domains for Assistant / Associate / Professor levels respectively
Appointment and Benefits: The Visiting Faculty is a contractual appointment. The allowances, leave and other benefits will be as per Institute norms and the appointment will be done through a Standing / Selection committee on the recommendations of the department.
