Job Title/Designation: Incubation Manager.
Qualification:
UG/PG in Engineering / Business Administration/ Health / Technology or relateddisciplinesfrom a recognized & reputed Institute/University with good academic standing is preferred.
Experience:
An individual with impeccable track record having minimum 10 years of overall experienceinthe industry/ related institutions, Start-up (as Founder/Co-Founder) and/ or an enabler of Start-up, Innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by virtue of managing/ leading/ coordinatingkeyactivities or its flagship programs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Understand to handling the start-up incubation process and related challenges ▪ Develop processes and ensure the implementation of the overall incubation structureandprocess; Organize workshops, hackathons, events, etc., regularly as part of the incubatoroperations.
▪ Regularly interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensureprogram performance. Look for newer avenues of partnerships and bring the sametotheleadership team for further action.
▪ Work towards overall start-up community mobilisation and outreach. Ensure that theprogram reaches out to relevant ecosystem stakeholders
▪ Actively participate in events, seminars and workshops for building and sharingknowledge. Ensuring coordination with relevant team members without the Institution▪ Submit applications and follow through effectively to sourcing funds for startupslike,grants, funds for Incubator development
