IITRAM Project Title: Experimental and numerical investigations on the effect of process parameters on the weld quality of polymeric materials by friction stir welding

Qualification:
- Essential: Candidate must have Master degree in Mechanical/ Thermal/ Production/ Polymer Science Engineering or equivalent with 1st division both at graduate and post-graduate level from a recognized university/ Institute.
- Note: The candidates appearing/appeared in their final year exam & awaiting their Bachelor’s/ Post Graduate degree certificate may also apply.
- Desirable: Candidates are expected to perform experiments
Duration of JRF Position: 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier, However, after every year, the progress of the candidate will be reviewed for further extension. The selected candidate will be encouraged to apply for the Ph.D. program of IITRAM as per the available guidelines
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Research Fellowship:
- Rs. 25,000/- per month* + HRA as per Institute Norms (for GATE qualified candidates with valid GATE score)
- Rs. 18,720/- per month* + HRA as per Institute Norms (for Non-GATE Candidates)
