Qualification(s):
- Ph.D and/or NET/SLET in the relevant discipline if there is no PhD for Assistant Professor cadre.
- Ph.D. is mandatory for Associate Professor and above cadres.
- Should have Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branches of Engineering/ Science / Management / Design / Finance / Legal, etc., with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor: 0-5 Years of Experience. 1-2 publications as per UGC Norms; Industry experience shall also be considered appropriately.
- Associate Professor: Overall 10 Years of teaching experience of which 5 years post Ph.D. experience is essential. 7-10 publications as per UGC norms; Industry experience shall also be considered appropriately.
- Professor: Overall 12-15 Years of Teaching Experience holding a cadre position of which at least 8-10 years post PhD experience. Should have also worked at the level of Associate Professor for 3-5 yrs. 10-12 publications as per UGC norms. Industry experience shall also be considered appropriately.
