Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College is the First Self – Finance Engineering College in the Composite state of Andhra Pradesh (AP) established in the year 1977 and is an Autonomous College by UGC since 2006. The Institute is accredited by NAAC with ‘A+’ Grade and ranked between 141-176 in NIRF (MoE, Govt. of India) rankings during the last six years. All UG and eligible PG Programmes are accredited by NBA in Outcome Based Education format (Tier-I) approved by Washington Accord, USA. The college has more than 335 faculty with 150 Ph.Ds and is a TEQIP funded institution by World Bank and MHRD. The college is recognized as a “Scientific & Industrial Research Organization” (SIRO) by DSIR, Govt of India. The College has 20 Collaborative Labs and COES supported by DST, SIEMENS, ISRO, IBM, Oracle, CISCO, National Instruments (NI), Dassault & so on.
