Position 1: Assistant/Associate Professor – English

Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching undergraduate students in English and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in English (Mandatory).
- NET/SLET qualification is required.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level in a recognized institution.
- Strong research background with publications in reputed journals.
- Excellent communication skills and a student-centric approach to teaching.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and blended teaching methodologies.
Position 2: Admission Executive
Department: Admissions & Student Outreach (Non-Teaching Staff)
Job Location: Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, Chromepet, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling student inquiries and providing guidance throughout the admission process.
- Managing all admission-related documentation and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Engaging with prospective students and parents by providing comprehensive information about the institution and its programs.
- Coordinating admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities to attract prospective students.
- Collaborating with school counselors, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders to enhance student outreach and recruitment efforts.
- Assisting with student scholarships, financial aid, and merit-based admission processes.
- Conducting telecalling efforts to follow up on leads and provide additional information about the institution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in academic admissions or student counseling preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to handle student interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admission management software.
