Qualification: Ph.D. from premium Institutions, Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Management, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Ph.D with Minimum 2 Years of Experience
Specialization Required: International Business:
We are looking for Faculty for Department of International Business to teach Globalization, trade of goods, services, technology, capital and/or knowledge across national borders at a global or transnational scale, International finance and international business strategy. Cross-border transactions of goods and services between two or more countries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in international business, including work with multinational corporations or experience living/working abroad.
- Prior teaching experience at the university level, especially in International Business or related fields.
- A proven track record of scholarly publications or active research projects.
- Expertise in using global business simulation tools, case studies, and relevant software applications (e.g., global marketing platforms, international trade data).
Operations & Supply Chain Management
We are looking for Faculty for Department of Operations with significant experience of teaching Supply Chain Management, inventory management, logistics, procurement, process optimization, and quality control, Project Management, International Service Management, Business Process Management or Management Science
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in supply chain management or operations.
- Previous experience teaching at the college or university level.
- Strong publication record or the potential for high-quality research.
- Knowledge of current tools and software used in the field (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics, optimization software).
About You:
Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Faculty typically reports to a department head.
Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. Faculty may offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Typically this individual is a leader in the field and has been published.
