Qualification: Ph.D., Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Science, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
- Non-Teaching faculty
Specialization Required:
- All School subjects,
- All Engineering Subjects,Nursing and Catering subjects, Spoken English , Hindi
Candidate Profile:
General Requirements for All Faculty Members:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred for academic subjects.
- Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience in schools, colleges, or training institutes is preferred but fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other relevant languages (e.g., Hindi for language instructors).
- Passion for Teaching: A student-centered approach with patience and the ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
Specific Requirements Based on Teaching Areas:
- Academic Faculty (Tuition & Tutorial Classes)
Subject expertise in Math, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.
Ability to teach school or college students based on the curriculum.Experience with personalized teaching methods for home tuition.
- Vocational Training Instructors
- Nursing: Diploma or degree in nursing, with practical experience in healthcare settings.
- Catering & Hospitality: Certification in culinary arts, food production, or hospitality management with industry experience.
- Spoken English & Hindi Trainers: Proficiency in the language, a background in linguistics, or a certification in language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL for English).
Additional Qualities Preferred:
- Adaptability to different learning styles and student needs.
- Willingness to mentor students, especially school dropouts, and motivate them to continue education.
- Basic technical proficiency for online or blended learning environments.
