| Incubation Manager | · Select and onboard “studentpreneur”, industry projects, and startup ventures according to the defined pre incubation process and ensure operational effectiveness.
· Develop processes and ensure the implementation of the overall pre incubation structure and process; Organize workshops, hackathons, events, etc., · Submit applications and follow through effectively to source funds for startups (grants, donations, etc.) from Government, Corporate/CSR, and other supporters; effectively manage and administer the grants/donations received from different sources. |
· Graduate in Engineering (preferably IT-related), Economics or Commerce with MBA (Finance, Entrepreneurship and Marketing) degree preferred.
· Must have worked in reputed incubators/accelerators in performing similar tasks. Experience with academic incubators attached to educational institutions is preferable. · Experience in administering programs and grants from the Government sources such as TIDE, DST, AIM, DeITY, State Governments, Corporate CSR, etc.

| Incubation Associate | · Assist in startup requirement gathering; understand the requirements, pain points and solution needs of incubated startups initiated by students of SSEC.
· Work with students startups to help them in conceptualizing and designing their product decks. · Connect startups with relevant mentors, partners, and investors from the pool that SSEC PIC has. · Ensure fulfilment of all compliance related requirements for incubated startups. · Write reports, blogs on the project being worked on. Provide up to date summaries of projects they are working on for website and other promotional activity. · Identify and understand research questions. Design surveys questionnaires, conduct Qualitative and Quantitative Research. · Study key sectors and generate insights, use-cases, and industry analyses for internal and external usage. |
· UG/PG Degree (background in IT/Computer Science/Core Engineering/Finance/Commerce is preferred).
· A highly motivated individual looking to work towards benefitting the semi-urban/rural livelihoods. Experience of working in startups or with an incubator/accelerator. · Excellent skills in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel). |
