Job Title/Designation: Nursing Tutors (ANM & GNM)
Job Profile
- Deliver lectures, conduct practical training sessions, and supervise student projects and in clinical area.
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments
- Contribute to the development and revision of the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with nursing professional standards and student needs
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals, providing guidance and support
Qualification: A Master’s degree in Nursing with at least 55% marks with minimum 2 years teaching experience and /or Bachelor Degree in Nursing with at least 55% marks and minimum 4 years teaching experience. Mandate of the following is required
- Candidates must have Maharashtra Nursing Council registration with renewal done
- Preferably Clinical experience also
- Preferred experience in ANM and GNM
- Please mention, If any administrative experience.
Skills Required: Teaching abilities, subject matter expertise, research and interpersonal skills, including communication, leadership and problem solving.
Experience: minimum 2 years teaching experience for MSc nursing and minimum 4 years teaching experience for BSc nursing.
