- M.A degree in English Language & Literature with B+
- Research PhD with specialization in one of the following areas:

- English Literature covering 5 centuries from 1550
- Linguistics / Stylistics / Literary stylistics
- ELT/ESL
- American Literature Studies
- Comparative Literature
- New Literatures
- History of Literary Criticism
Preference would be given to all those who have strong passion for teaching and love to mould their career on an innovative platform.
Experience: 5 years to 15 years of teaching experience at college / university.
Candidate Profile:
- Should have Good communication skills.
- Should have good subject knowledge.
- The candidate should have a regular degree Graduation and Post Graduation.
- Should be able to develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
- Should be able to manage any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Special focus:
- To improve proficiency levels in Communication and soft skills
- To inculcate enthusiasm and methodical study of research
- To contribute to training and placement of aspirants
- To clear/ pass TKT & / BEC.
- Supervised/submitted at least 10 PhDs
- Should have published articles in Scopus and also Science Direct Journals
- Having experience of worked on Sponsored Projects.
