Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Department Rotation: Rotate through different departments (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, Academic Affairs) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the university’s operations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Help evaluate the performance of various departments and provide support in creating performance reports.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of university events, such as conferences, seminars, and official functions.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with university staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education management or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, but a strong interest in higher education administration is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn, and a commitment to the university’s mission and values.
