| Essential Qualification | M. Tech/ M. E/M.S. in Embedded systems/Power systems Engineering/Power Electronics and Drives/Computer sciences or equivalent with minimum 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA at both B.E./ B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech. levels. |
| Preferable | Candidates with multi-disciplinary exposure in Electric Vehicles, IoT Hardware and programme, machine learning, and fundamentals of concrete engineering. |
| Age Limit | Not more than 28 Years. Age relaxation will be provided as per SERB, GoI norms. |
Benefits of joining the post: Candidate selected for this position can register for the Ph.D. program provided she/he satisfies the eligibility criteria for Ph.D. program in Anna University, Chennai. She/he will receive guidance from Dr. R. Kannadasan (recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai).
