- Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Python, Programming skills and Machine Learning, High performance Computing
- Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering with specialization in Embedded Systems, Microprocessors, Telecommunications, Basic Electronics
- Mechanical Engineering with specialization in CAD/CAM, FEA, FEM, Robotics.

Candidate Profile:
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consultancy will be considered.
- Faculty who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Innovative, Tinkering Lab, Industry Interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred.
