Qualification: Ph.D. with a First Class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout, and a minimum of six years in teaching/ research/ industry experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor. Should have published in ABDC A*/A/B ranked journals. Commitment to high-quality teaching using a blended learning approach is essential. Industry/consulting experience is desired as we expect the person to play an active role in developing management development programs and engage in external consulting.
