Qualification:
- Essential Qualification:
Minimum 04 years Bachelor’s Degree in HMCT and Master’s Degree in HMCT or in relevant disciplines with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees.
OR
Minimum 04 years Bachelor’s Degree in HMCT with First Class or equivalent and minimum of 05 years of relevant experience at a managerial level not less than Assistant Manager in a 4-star Hotel or in similar position in the hospitality industry/tourism industry.
Note: The candidates, who have completed 03 years Bachelor’s programme in HMCT before publication of AICTE Notification dated 01st March, 2019 and produce an evidence of his/her admission, their candidature may be considered. - Desirable Qualifications:
a) Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant industry experience in five star hotels in Food Production/ Kitchen, Accommodation Operation, Front Office Operations and Bakery & Confectionery.
b) He/she must have knowledge in Indian & Continental cuisine.
c) Should have specialized in Kitchen Management Programme.
d) Should know how to make kitchen indent for production class practical.
e) Good presentation and communication skills.
f) Ph.D. degree in the relevant area.

Pay Scale: Remuneration/ Salary as per Jamia Hamdard norms.
