- Ph.D. with a First Class or equivalent (in terms of grades etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout in the domain areas, is required.

- Candidates must have strong proven leadership in research, teaching and PhD supervision.

- Should have demonstrated potential to publish in high-ranking Scopus-indexed (and/or ABDC A*/A/B ranked) journals and commitment to high-quality scholarly teaching.

- In Finance, preference will be given to those with teaching or research experience in Climate Finance, Sustainability, Investment Analysis, ESG Reporting, and Corporate Governance. In Marketing, candidates with a focus on Consumer Behaviour or Psychology are preferred. For Analytics, those with experience in Operations, IT, Finance, and Marketing analytics will be prioritized.
