Organization Profile: Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM) in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh is an autonomous institute set by Government of India, MHRD (Presently Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) in 1997. It is an effort by MHRD (Presently Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) towards creating professionals in areas of management and information technology from the same institute. This institute was created for facilitating higher education, research, and consultancy in areas of information technology (IT) and business management. Initially started as IIITM, this institute was prefixed with ABV in 2002 to honour the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Essential Qualification : Candidates must possess a Postgraduate degree in Psychology with First Class standing from Class 10 onwards.
- If the University/Institution does not specify First Class in the degrees, candidates must have passed with at least 6.5 CGPA/CPI (on a 10-point scale) or 60% marks in aggregate.
- Conversion from CGPA/CPI to percentage or vice versa, as provided by the individual Institute/University, will be considered/allowed for determining eligibility.
- b) Additional Qualifications:
NET JRF in Psychology is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 SCI research publications.
Preference will be given to candidates who have submitted their PhD theses to CFTIs
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 per month (consolidated)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Offer courses on the Science of Happiness and Positive Psychology.
• Engage in research and contribute to the academic environment of the Centre.
• Manage the daily activities at the Centre.
Duration: The term will be for 2 semesters (6 + 6 months). The second term will be renewed if the performance during the first term is satisfactory.
Nature of Appointment: Contractual.
