Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: Use of sludge, crop waste and residue to convert as a nutrient and C source for soil health restoration and grain quality with low-cost biochar and mycorrhiza under changing climate.

Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Agronomy/ Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/ Agroforestry/Environmental Science with the minimum of 55% marks and qualified UGC/CSIR/ICAR-NET or GATE

Desirable Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Soil Microbiology
- The candidate should have good analytical skills for carbon and phosphorus fractions in soil.
- The knowledge of biochar and mycorrhiza analysis and characterization.
- Familiarity with macronutrients and heavy metals based microorganism behavior in the soil is also desirable.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA as per DST-SERB rules.
