Qualification:
- Masters in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or equivalent from recognized University/institute with first class and consistently good academic record.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computers, IT & digital application in Libraries. Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record

Mode of Selection: The University reserves the right to conduct written test wherever the circumstances so warrant or may fix criteria to restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of minimum qualification or higher than those prescribed in this advertisement.

Venue of Interview: Conference Room, Sunabeda Campus, Central University of Odisha, Koraput.
Note: The selected candidates are expected to work six days a week and if required they may be expected to work on shift duty. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection test/walk-in-interview. The positions are purely contractual and on need based temporary engagement only. The engaged personnel will have no right whatsoever for permanent employment / absorption at CUO, Koraput. The Competent Authority of the University reserves the right to cease the engagement any time without any notice period or assigning any reason, thereof. Rules as applicable for regular employees in the matter of discipline will be equally applicable. During the period of engagement, contractual personnel can avail one day of paid leave per month. Un-availed leave will not be carried forward and no leave encashment will be admitted.
