Job Summary:
The Chennai Amirta Group of Institutions is seeking experienced and dedicated Hotel Management lecturer to contribute to the academic excellence of our programs. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in the specified area of specialization. • Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs. • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with significant industry experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Prior teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively use technology in the classroom.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
