Qualification and Experience:
1. Master’s Degree in Law with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
2. National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 (the essential qualifications shall be in compliance with the UGC Regulations 2018).
3. Other eligibility conditions as per UGC Regulations 2018.
Desirable: Ph.D
Term of Appointment: Initially for a period of one year, with break during May-June vacation months, and further period of extension will be decided by the University from time to time.
