Organization Profile: College of Architecture Trivandrum is one of the largest architecture and design schools in Trivandrum situated in the capital city of the State of Kerala, India. The school which is popularly known as CAT was established in the year 2011 , as a privately owned stand-alone design institute exclusively for offering a full time Bachelor of Architecture program , with an intake of 120 students across three batches every year. With the introduction of the B Des course in 2019 , C.A.T has moved a step forward to being the first institute to start a full time bachelor of design program in the state.

Qualifications and Experience required:
- Accounts Manager: Graduate Accountant having atleast 12 years experience, out of which 6 years as Accounts Manager in independent charge of a firm where annual turnover is above 12 crores. The candidate should have good capability to work on computerized environment using tally or similar accounting software. Should be conversant with all statutory compliances, Indian Company Law, and Trust-related laws.
- Administrative Manager: Graduate Manager with at least 12 years of experience as Head of Office Management and Administration. Proficiency in computers and enterprise software solutions is a must. The job involves constant liasoning with Government Departments and Universities and also overseeing housekeeping, canteen, and hostel functions.
- Resident Hostel Warden(Male & Female): Graduate with clean habits.
Candidate Profile:
i. The candidates should complete PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
ii. The candidate should have good communication skills
iii. The candidate should have a passion for teaching and research
iv. Plan and implement educational activities and events.
v. Evaluate and document student’s progress.
