- Scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring the executive is set up for success.
- Manage professional scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company operations.
- Communication management: handling correspondence and phone calls, drafting correspondence, mails, and responding on behalf of the President.
- Serving as a liaison between the president, executives, and employees.
- Taking comprehensive notes and preparing minutes, ensuring that decisions and action items are documented accurately.
