College Profile: EASA College of Engineering and Technology (ECET) is located at Navakkarai on the Coimbatore-Palakkad Highway (NH-47). ECET was started during the year 2008 with four undergraduate courses in Engineering. Today, the institution is offering Fourteen courses (7 UG & 7 PG). The College is recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu, approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University.
Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer/Facilitator
Nature of Work:
- Under Supervision from the Dean [CorporateAffairs], the Soft Skills Facilitator assumes responsibility of the facilitation of Soft Skills Training offered to the UG / PG Students.
- He/she will design and deliver the curriculum/calendar of Activities to develop the Soft
Skills of Students to increase their Skill level in Order to Secure
Employment and Career Advancements. - This is Inclusive of Mock job Interviews, Job Counseling, Sensitivity Awareness and Training for Potential Employment.
Duties and Responsibility:
Need to have Outstanding Skills in Preparing Teaching Materials, and Procedures With Understanding of Various Teaching Methods.
Plans, Organizes, Administers,Facilitates and Conducts Periodic Classes Both Online and in Person to Gain Knowledge and Soft-Skills
Needed to Secure Employment.
Prepares Hard / Soft Reports to the Management.
Able to Handle Training Sessions With Sensitivity to Culturally diversity.
Maintains Close Communication With Dean [CorporateAffairs].
Guide Students in Job Application Procedures,Resume Writing, Interview Preparation and job Orientation Skills and Attitudes.
Conduct Job Search / Career Information Workshops and Presentations as Required.
Maintain Documentation Related With Training Activities.
Collect feedback from the Employers On the Placed Students Confidentially.
Maintain Alumni database Mapping the Training given and On the Job Performance of Placed Students.
Qualification: MBA
Age: Below 35 Years
Candidate Profile:
• Candidate should have completed their MBA in relevant discipline
• Commitment towards work
• Good communication
• Local candidates preferable
