Job Description:
. Setting up schedules, lesson plans and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives.
∙ Analyzing needs, interests, strengths, and weakness of students, and developing lessons plans in accordance with these factors.
∙ Establishing classroom and debating rules and ensuring all students obey these rules.
∙ Developing study materials in the prescribed format and issue the same to the students.
∙ Organizing field trips and ensuring permission slips are handed out and signed in a timely manner.
∙ Organizing seminars/webinars, staff training conferences, FDP, hands on training workshop and other ongoing learning programs.
∙ Motivational and career guidance to the students.
∙ Informing students of learning opportunities and preparing them for formal debates and other events
