- Administrative Positions:
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Super Speciality Hospital Ability to lead financial operations with a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management in a senior leadership role. Expertise in strategic financial planning, understanding of regulations and compliance, exposure to healthcare sector with analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and driving cost efficiency is strongly desirable. Qualification: A master degree in Finance, Business/Financial Administration. Candidate with CA background will be given weightage.
- Medical Superintendent: A Medical qualification included in I or II Schedule or Part II of the III Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act and a Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognized equivalent qualification. OR M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a PG Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the National Medical Commission. Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Hospital Administration after obtaining the P.G. Degree at a senior position, preferably in 500 bed hospital.
- Head Marketing – Super Speciality Hospital Master degree in Marketing preferably in hospital administration, possessing rich experience in hospital marketing strategy, developing a brand’s presence and legal knowledge. The candidate should have ability to formulate brand plan and propose various marketing strategies, plan to explore newer geographical area, leading and monitoring the marketing teams. The candidate should have minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Deputy General Manager–Operations: Master degree in administration with ability to handle operational responsibilities, identify areas of technical and business development, and ensure that all hospital functions are aligned to the quality management system across all verticals, managing relationships with business stakeholders, government agencies, media, academia, and customers through focused initiatives. Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Senior Manager – Operations: Master degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, knowledge of hospital-specific functions, skills in data analysis, analysing and improving workflow, enforcing health and safety procedures with minimum of 5 years of experience capacity and field.
- Manager: Masters degree in operations Management/ Business Administration with 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity, having exposure of hospital/ medical college operations and processes. Experience of leading a team of juniors engaged in hospital functioning is desirable.
- Assistant Manager: Bachelor degree in operations Management/ Business administration with 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity, having exposure of working in a team of officials engaged in hospital and medical college operations and processes.
