Job Summary

The HR Admin Manager is responsible for managing administrative functions within the HR department. They oversee the processing of HRrelated paperwork, manage recordkeeping systems, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures 

Position: HR Admin Manager 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree in HR is a plus

Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in an administrative role who is expertise in hospital administration

Responsibilities

Manage the processing of HRrelated paperwork, including new hire paperwork, benefit enrollment forms, and employee status changes

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including recordkeeping requirements and reporting obligations

Develop and implement procedures for the efficient processing of HRrelated paperwork.

Manage HRrelated data and recordkeeping systems, including electronic and files file

Monitor compliance with HRrelated laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employmentrelated laws

Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental records

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Manage and mentor HR administrative staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Assist with HRrelated projects as assigned

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including recordkeeping requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring administrative staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications
