Job Title: Technical Trainer

Your Mission:
- Lead From Day One: Conduct interactive, engaging training sessions that make tech learning fun and impactful – all with expert guidance.
- Create Epic Content: Design, refresh, and revamp training materials like slides, hands-on projects, and guides that are in sync with industry trends and keep learners hooked.
- Build Learning Journeys: Team up with senior trainers to craft innovative learning paths and killer assessments that push boundaries.
- Be the Go-To Guru: Help learners master tough tech concepts, providing support when they need it most.
- Master the Tech Stack: Leverage the latest tools (IDEs, collab platforms) to keep the learning experience seamless and high-tech.
- Evaluate & Improve: Help design and evaluate assessments, ensuring learners stay on track and that training programs are super effective.
- Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with program managers and trainers to ensure flawless training delivery.
- Explore & Expand: Be ready to travel for training sessions and special events – it’s part of the adventure!
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science In (CSE, IT, and allied branches)
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, programming languages, and software development processes.
- Passion for teaching and simplifying complex tech for learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and tools.
- Willingness to travel to various training locations as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Passionate towards technical training or teaching.
- Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C++, Python, Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, GCP, SDET)
- Knowledge of Data structures and algorithms & Advance Algorithms
- Understanding of modern software development practices like Agile and DevOps.
