Three departments, CSE, EE & ME were initiated. The first year had its highs and lows but was an exciting period that will be etched in the minds of the pioneer batch. In January 2009, IIT Hyderabad admitted 11 PhD students.

- Computer Science and Engineering/Artificial Intelligence
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering/Artificial Intelligence/Mathematics and Computing/ECE (or any related discipline) with at least 70% marks.
2. Fluency in English writing and technical communication. - Completed coursework in machine learning and deep learning
- Knowledge of programming in Python and PyTorch/Tensorflow
- Candidate with relevant experience and publications in relevant conferences/journals will have added advantage.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Stipend: Rs. 25000 pm
Duration of appointment: The tenure will be initially for 11 months, and is extensible based on performance. The RA position can be converted to MTech/PhD on impressive performance by candidate in 6 months to 1 year time subject to the requirements of the department.
