Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Employment Type: Contract
Title of the Project: Design and Implementation of Biocompatible Energy Harvesting Device for Low Frequency Operation
Stipend: 37,000/- pm (Fixed) for first two years (JRF) and 42,000/- pm (Fixed) after 2 years of research experience (SRF) ; HRA as per DST norms
Duration of Appointment: up to Project Completion [Dec. 2025]
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years as on 01/01/2025 (Age relaxation applicable as per DST norms)
Essential Qualifications: Master Degree in (VLSI / ECE / Material Science / Nanotechnology/ Electronic Science) with minimum 60% marks
Desirable Qualifications: A GATE/NET or similar other national level ranking.
