Qualifications and Experience:
- Manager- Programs:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in a relevant role, such as startup mentoring, business development, venture capital, or entrepreneurship.
- Previous involvement in founding or managing a startup is a plus.
- Experience working in a technology-focused incubator or accelerator is a plus
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, business models, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with startup founders, mentors, investors, and partners.
- Associate- Business Development:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in a relevant role, such as marketing, sales, business development.
- Previous involvement in founding or managing a startup is a plus.
- Experience working in a technology-focused incubator or accelerator, or a coworking space is a plus
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, business models, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with startup founders, mentors, investors, and partners
- Associate- Investments:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in a relevant role, such as programs manager, investment facilitator, startup fundraising consultant.
- Previous involvement in founding or managing a startup is a plus.
- Experience working in a technology-focused incubator or accelerator is a plus

- Executive- Multimedia Designer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1+ Years experience in relevant field
- Proven experience (portfolio required) in multimedia design, including proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and
multimedia editing tools.
Salary:
- Manager- Programs: Rs. 35,000 pm
- Associate- Business Development: Rs. 24,000 pm
- Associate- Investments: Rs. 24,000 pm
- Executive- Multimedia Designer: Rs. 18,000 pm
