Minimum Eligibility:
Qualification & Experience:
- PhD (English)/M.Phil (English) with 2 years of experience /Master’s (English) with 3 years of experience with good academic record from a CFTI or an equally reputed national or overseas university along with relevant teaching experience indicated above in CFTI/Institution of National Importance or equally reputed institution. Teaching experience from the technical institution is preferred.
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and help students who come from rural background.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and good interpersonal relationship skills.
Term of Appointment: Initial appointment will be period of one academic year with possibility of further extensions. However, the term of contract may be ended by either side with a notice period of 3 months or end of the semester, whichever is later.
Salary & Benefits:
- The Competent Authority of IIIT Sri City Chittoor may decide suitable norms for shortlisting of candidates.
- The salary shall be in the range of Rs. 70,000 (Consolidated), as per the recommendations of the selection committee.
