Job Profile
- Technical Support – Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for computers, printers and network devices.
- Network Management – Ensuring Wi-Fi connectivity , LAN connections including crimping.
- Software Installation & Updates – Installing and updating necessary software and security patches.
- Help Desk Services – Addressing IT Related queries from students and faculty.
- Data Backup & Security – Ensure timely data backup and data integrity.
- Classrooms & Lab support – maintain projectors, smartboards and lab computers.
- Managing IT Asset records of SGI
Qualification: Diploma in computer science (MSBTE) OR B.Sc. Computer Science OR Bachelor of Computer Application
Skills Required: Troubleshooting /Installing / Configuring hardware and software.
Experience: 2 to 4 years
