Organization Profile: INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NAGPUR (IIITN)), is one of the Indian Institutes of Technology (PPP) in the country, set up with the objective of making available facilities for higher education, research, and training in various fields of Information Technology. To address the challenges faced by the Indian IT industry and growth of the domestic IT market, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India intends to establish twenty Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT), on a Not-for-profit Public Private Partnership (N-PPP) basis.

The post is purely temporary and for project duration only. The tenure shall be coterminous with the Approved Project Duration. An appointment will not confer any right for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in IIITN.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Graduate with first class (minimum 60%) in Electronics and
Communication Engineering (ECE)/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering and other allied areas or M. Tech. /ME/MS with first class (minimum 60%) in Electronics and communication Engineering (ECE)/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Microelectronics and other allied areas or M.Sc. with first class (minimum 60 %) in Electronics/Physics and allied areas. 5% relaxation shall be applicable for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.
2. Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/exam:
a. GATE
b. CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship)
c. National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
Desired Skills:
a. Knowledge of good programming skills in MATLAB, Verilog, and VHDL.
b. Research experience in the relevant field
c. Ability to work in the team and good communication skills.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/- Per Month (Fixed) for two years and Rs. 35,000/- Per Month (Fixed) for the third year.
