- Ph.D. in Computer Science/Bioinformatics and related quantitative field (Mandatory); Master‘s Degree with 55% marks; minimum 2 research publication as first-author or corresponding author in peer-reviewed journals
Experience:
Experience in Genomics, RNA Seq, Microarray/ MRNA Profilling, Pathway Analysis experience using software like IPA, Functional experience in coding at least one programming language (Python, Perl, C++/C) and a statistical computing languages (R,S etc..), Experience with NGS best assay development and optimization.
