Organization Profile: The Kerala Education Society Senior Secondary School, S.M.S. Marg (Canning Road) was established on 2nd October, 1957. It was inaugurated by Shri. E.M.S. Namboodiripad, with seventeen students and two teachers. At present, we have about 1500 students and 70 teachers. As a Linguistic Minority School, it imparts quality education mainly to the children of Malayalees working in Delhi and promotes the language, culture and art of Kerala. The school is managed by the Kerala Education Society, Canning Road Unit with grant-in-aid from the Directorate of Education, Delhi and support of well-wishers. Since its inception, we have achieved tremendous progress both in curricular and co-curricular activities and have produced distinguished Scientists, Doctors, Engineers, Administrators, Civil Servants, etc.. At +2 levels, we have Science, Commerce and Arts stream of studies.
