Qualification: Ph.D / Doctorate from Top Business School / XLRI / IIM’s. / SPJIMR / MDI / NMIMS / IMT / BIT preferred.
Responsibility:
- KLU is looking for an energetic and dynamic leader with the vision to build the Gobal Business School in Hyderabad Campus.
- KLU is having already neyworking with MIT-Micromaster program, NTU- business school, IE University, Spain etc
- The Dean should able to set world class business school syllabus with interactive, case studies, workshops, open mind sessions, and throught provoking sessions, publishing groups and society interactions.
- We are looking for candidates from IIM, IIT and even from abroad from Associate Professor level for the Dean position.
- The candidate should have excellent academic publications with global networking experience.
- The candidate should have positive mind set and a clear vision for building a global business School with tie ups from different leading institutions from Asia to west part of the world.
- The candidate should have ability to attract students nationally and internationally by exposing the business school unique features.
- The candidate should build unique research pattern in the school and attract grants from funding agencies national and International.
- Also Dean is responsible for building an unique environment like linkages with Industries, Invited online/offline lectures with lead Institutions around the world.
- The Dean should create a friendly but competetive environment in the school among faculty, students and admin.
- The Dean should able to publish about the school in Harvard Business magazine, TEDx talks, International meetings, and Industry networking and attract the best innovations to the campus.
Preference would be given to all those who have strong passion for teaching and love to mould their career on an innovative platform.
