Roles & Responsibility:
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of hostel residents.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations while maintaining discipline.
- Address student grievances and provide necessary support.
- Promote a positive and inclusive living environment.
Hostel Administration & Maintenance:
- Supervise hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor hostel security and coordinate with security personnel.
- Maintain records of hostel occupancy, complaints, and incidents.
- Liaise with management regarding maintenance and infrastructure needs.
Emergency Handling & Conflict Resolution:
- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies.
- Handle conflicts among residents and mediate disputes when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience as a hostel warden or in a similar role is an advantage.
