Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., biotechnology, cancer biology, immunology, molecular biology, and allied subjects) with First Class or equivalent in the preceding degree (in terms of grades) and a good academic record throughout. Candidate should have a minimum of three years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing the PhD.
Desirable:
- Experience in CAR-T cells, especially those who have a strong desire to establish a research group in CAR-T therapy and secure extramural funding from public and private sources A demonstrated record of research excellence in CAR-T cell development, evidenced by high-impact publications or patents Possess a robust background in molecular biology techniques, immunological assays, and/or cancer biology
