Job Summary:
The Project Technical Staff III is a key member of the intervention program team responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of the program for elderly individuals in various cities. The role involves supervising a team of office technical support, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of program activities, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision:
o Provide leadership and guidance to a team of office technical support. o Conduct and supervise interventions conducted in the study sites.
o Conduct regular team meetings to discuss program progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Program Monitoring:
o Develop and implement a monitoring plan to assess the effectiveness of the intervention program.
o Review and analyze field reports submitted by office technical support, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with community leaders, healthcare professionals, and program beneficiaries.
o Address concerns and feedback from stakeholders to ensure a positive relationship.
- Training and Development:
o Coordinate training sessions for office technical support to enhance their skills.
o Provide ongoing support and guidance to facilitate professional development within the team.
- Quality Assurance:
o Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the program adheres to established standards.
o Conduct periodic assessments to identify and address any deviations from program guidelines.
- Data Collection and Analysis:

o Conduct regular team meetings to discuss program progress, challenges, and strategize for optimal outcomes.
- Program Oversight:
o Ensure the successful implementation of the intervention program in accordance with established guidelines.
o Monitor and evaluate the performance of Senior Investigators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Foster positive relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and program partners.
o Address stakeholder concerns and coordinate efforts to align program activities with community needs.
- Resource Management:
o Oversee the allocation and utilisation of resources, including budgetary allocations for the program in various cities.
o Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to meet program objectives. 5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Receive regular reports from Senior Investigators and compile comprehensive reports on program activities and outcomes.

- Data Collection:
o Collect relevant data on program activities, participant demographics, and feedback.
o Submit detailed and accurate field reports to the Senior Investigator in a timely manner.
- Community Engagement:
o Engage with program beneficiaries and community members in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner.
o Address concerns or queries from beneficiaries, reporting significant issues to the Senior Investigator.
- Adherence to Guidelines:
o Strictly adhere to program guidelines and protocols during the execution of activities.
o Seek guidance from the Senior Investigator when faced with ambiguous situations.
- Feedback and Improvement:
